Virtual Launch of the ASEAN Regional Action Plan on Combating Marine Debris

Permanent Representative of Singapore to ASEAN Ambassador Kok Li Peng attended the Virtual Launch of the ASEAN Regional Action Plan (RAP) on Combating Marine Debris on Friday, 28 May 2021.  Ambassador Kok affirmed Singapore’s strong support for the Regional Action Plan, which would enhance ASEAN’s collective and individual capabilities to address marine debris pollution, for the benefit of ASEAN’s citizens and the shared environment. Singapore looks forward to strengthening cooperation with fellow ASEAN Member States to tackle this challenge.
