Thailand chaired the first CPR Meeting of 2019 after assuming the ASEAN Chairmanship. At the Meeting, the CPR also expressed it’s appreciation to Cambodian PR to ASEAN HE Norng Sakal for his contributions as this was his last CPR Meeting before he returned to Phnom Penh.
