CDA a.i. Stephen Quick attended the 14th Meeting of the Governing Council of the Asean IPR on Thursday 31st Jan 2019 at Asean IPR Secretariat. The meeting was chaired by Dr Darmp Sukontasap, from Thailand the Chair of Governing Council.
