PR Tan Hung Seng attended the National Day Reception organised by the Singapore Embassy in Jakarta held at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta on 14 August 2018.  The theme for this year’s National Day “We are Singapore” serves as a reminder for Singaporeans abroad of our roots back home.  Singapore Ambassador to Indonesia Anil Kumar Nayar and Indonesia Industry Minister Airlangga Hartarto gave opening remarks at the event.
