Interface between the CPR and DPRK Vice Foreign Minister Choe Hui Chol

Singapore Permanent Representative to ASEAN, Ambassador Tan Hung Seng, chaired the interface between the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Vice Foreign Minister Choe Hui Chol on Wednesday, 23 May 2018. During the meeting, the CPR welcomed the recent positive developments on the Korean Peninsula and hoped that the meeting would contribute towards lasting peace and stability in the Korean Peninsula. DPRK’s Vice Foreign Minister Chol also shared with the CPR the latest domestic developments in the DPRK during the interface.  Both sides also exchanged views on how to strengthen ASEAN-DPRK relations.
