MOS (Foreign Affairs & Social and Family Development) Sam Tan attended the Inauguration Ceremony of the new ASEAN Secretariat Building and the 52nd ASEAN Day Celebrations on 8 August 2019. MOS Tan placed PM Lee Hsien Loong's message in a time capsule that will be opened in 2042 when ASEAN turns 75.
