Friday, 30 March 2019 – Singapore’s Permanent Representative to ASEAN Her Excellency Kok Li Peng attended the Handover Ceremony of the Military Representative to the AHA Centre. The event witnessedSingapore’s Army Attaché Colonel Gene Tan Yong Kim handing over the position of Military Representative to the AHA Centre to Thailand’s Defence and Air Attaché Group Captain Wasu Manosittisak. The Military Representative position is rotated among ASEAN Member States according to the ASEAN Chairmanship cycle.
