During their field trip to Jakarta, participants of the Foreign Service Basic Programme (FSBP) received a briefing on ASEAN from PR Kok Li Peng. They also benefitted from Thai PR Phasporn Sangasubana's insights on Thailand's priorities as ASEAN Chair for 2019. The participants visited the new ASEAN Secretariat premises and received a briefing on ASEAN Connectivity from Director Lim Chze Cheen.
