Minister of Social and Family Development of Singapore, Desmond Lee, presented Vongthep Arthakaivalvatee, outgoing Deputy Secretary-General for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC), with a certificate of appreciation from the ASCC Ministers, at the Gala Dinner of the 20th ASCC Council Meeting held on 3 October 2018 in Singapore. The certificate was given as a tribute for his contributions to the ASCC during his 3-year service as the DSG for ASCC from 2015-2018.
