The ASEAN Specialised Meteorological Centre (ASMC) has published the eighth issue of its biannual bulletin, which provides a review and outlook of weather and climate phenomena of importance to the region.


The ASMC was established in January 1993 and functions as the ASEAN regional centre for the monitoring and assessment of land/forest fires and haze.
