In his capacity as acting-Chairman of the ASEAN Foundation’s Board of Trustee, CDA a.i. Stephen Quick delivered the opening remarks at the launch of the ASEAN Digital Innovation Programme on 14 March 2019 at the ASEAN Secretariat.  The ASEAN Digital Innovation Programme will provide digital skills training, specifically computer science education training, to youths aged 15 to 35 in ASEAN to prepare them for the digital age and Industrial Revolution 4.0. Secretary-General of ASEAN Dato Lim Jock Hoi witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the ASEAN Foundation and Microsoft Philanthropies on the programme.
