Permanent Representative Kok Li Peng attended the 4th ASEAN-Türkiye Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee meeting on Monday, 13 June 2022. The meeting was co-chaired by Deputy Secretary-General for ASEAN Sociocultural Community Ekkaphab Phanthavong and Turkish Ambassador to ASEAN Dr Aşkın Azan. Both sides discussed ways to strengthen practical cooperation through areas of mutual interest such as trade, capacity-building and training programmes,  sustainable development, and smart cities.
