Permanent Representative Kok Li Peng attended the 18th Meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) Plus Three on 4 April 2023 at the ASEAN Secretariat.  The opening session was attended by ASEAN Secretary-General Dr Kao Kim Hourn.  The meeting commended the significant and substantive implementation of the ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation Work Plan (2018-2022) and looked forward to the effective implementation of the successor work plan.  The meeting also exchanged views on strengthening APT cooperation in the digital economy, tourism, connectivity, food security, and public health, among others.
