The virtual ASEAN-United Nations (UN) Secretariat-to-Secretariat (S2S) Meeting on 3 September 2021 was co-chaired by the Secretary-General of ASEAN, H.E. Dato Lim Jock Hoi, and the UN Assistant Secretary-General of Department for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Peace Operations (DPPA-DPO), H.E. Khaled Khiari. It was attended by the Deputy Secretaries-General for the three ASEAN Community Pillars and UN senior officials from various agencies, including the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the Economic and Social Commission for Asia-Pacific (ESCAP), and the UN Development Programme (UNDP).
