The Opening Ceremony of the 2019 Spanish Language Course for ASEAN was held on 18 September 2019 at the ASEAN Secretariat. Participated by diplomats from ASEAN Member States and staff of the ASEAN Secretariat, the course is being supported by the Government of Colombia and conducted by the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
