We, the Ministers/High-Level Representatives of the ASEAN Member States and Japan responsible for handling transnational crime, convened the Fifth ASEAN Plus Japan Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime Consultation (the 5th AMMTC + Japan) on 28 November 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Meeting was co-chaired by Lieutenant General Truong Van Thong, Director General of Foreign Relations Department, Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam and H.E. Toshie Tanaka, Senior Commissioner of the National Police Agency of Japan.
