1. ASEAN Member States express their deepest sympathies and condolences to the Governments and people of the Republic of Indonesia and the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste for the tragic loss of lives, displacement of people as well as extensive damage to property caused by the severe floods and landslides as a result of the Tropical Cyclone Seroja.
