About The Permanent Mission
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is a regional organization established in 1967 to promote peace, stability, and cooperation across Southeast Asia. It has eleven member states: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Viet Nam.
The Permanent Mission of Singapore to ASEAN was established in 2009 in Jakarta. The Permanent Mission represents Singapore’s interests in ASEAN and collaborates closely with the ASEAN Secretariat, other ASEAN Member States and external partners.
